Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has 96 general seats and 47 reserved seats. it was made defunct in Sindh Local Ordinance 2001, but was revived by PPP government. Qasimabad was taken out of HMC and formed separate municipal committee.
The 96 elected chairmen of Union Committee become members of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and elect their mayor and deputy mayor.
HMC comprises the districts of Hyderabad City and Latifabad.
On August 30, 2016, MQM’s Mayor and deputy mayor took office in Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

On August 24, 2016, through Mayor elections, Tayyab Hussain and Suhail Mashadi of MQM were elected Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Hyderabad respectively. They bagged 111 votes, while their rival PPP candidates got 27 votes. They took oath on August 30, 2016.
Many of the MQM chairmen and vice chairmen were elected unopposed even before the elections.

Hyderabad Corporation zones, circles and wards are divided by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) for its planning and development in Hyderabad, India. The city of Hyderabad is divided into five zones: South Zone, East Zone, West Zone, North Zone and Central Zone. Each zone is further divided into circles, eighteen in total. The circles are subdivided into 150 wards, each with around 36,000 people in 2007. The GHMC is planning to increase the number of wards to 200.

It is very simple to draft an RTI, you can draft it even plain paper but it will be better if RTI draft in well manner, you can draft it in Hindi or English as well as any official language.
Only Rupees 10 fees fixed for RTI in the form of Postal Order/ CRF or Bank draft. It should be in the favor of Accounts Officer of particular organization. You may send it by any mean like post, speed post etc, but not by courier.
The applicant may also be required to pay further fee towards the cost of Providing the information, details of which shall be intimated to the applicant by the PIO. As prescribed by the Right to Information Rules, 2012. Rates of fee as prescribed in.
The Rules are given below:
(I) rupees two (Rs. 2/-) for each page
(II) Actual cost or price of a photocopy in larger size paper
(II) Actual cost or price for samples or models
(IV) Rupees fifty (Rs.50/-) per diskette or floppy and
(V) Price fixed for a publication or rupees two per page of photocopy for extracts from the publication.
(VI) So much of postal charges involved in supply of information that exceeds fifty rupees.
